Each upload will generate a unique Task ID.
The Task ID is automatically generated based on the filename and the upload time.
Task ID format:
TaskID = <filename>_<date>_<time>

The CSV file should contain the following columns:
The table shows an example of the expected CSV format. Please ensure your CSV file follows this structure, specifically the column names and data types.
The ZIP file must contain one folder with at least 20 valid and high-quality audio files.
( Note: it is required that the ZIP file also contains another folder within in (of the same name) that actually contains the audio files. E.g., the "agentA.zip" file must contain an "agentA" folder inside it that houses the actual audio files. )
High-quality audio files should be playable without errors and contain clear speech.
Valid audio files should contain real conversations. Please avoid recordings with a status such as “no answer”, “not available”, or “reception rejected”.
